Welcome to WebPromptify ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at https://webpromptify.com and all associated services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service in any way — including browsing the website, using the prompt generator, or viewing any content — you confirm that you:

• Are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country).
• Have read and understood these Terms.
• Agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

WebPromptify is a free, web-based tool that helps users generate structured, production-ready prompts for AI coding assistants. Users provide information about their desired website through a guided form — including website type, design preferences, and technology stack — and receive a detailed text prompt they can use with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and others.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you submit to us regarding the Service may be used by us freely, without any obligation or compensation to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WebPromptify expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

• Any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or expectations.
• Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or usefulness of the generated prompts.
• Any warranty that defects in the Service will be corrected.
• Any warranty regarding results obtained from using an AI tool with a generated prompt.

We do not warrant that the AI prompts generated by the Service will produce any particular result when used with any third-party AI tool. The quality and accuracy of AI-generated code depends on factors entirely outside our control, including the specific AI model used, its training data, and how the prompt is interpreted.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

This includes, without limitation, damages for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the generated prompts.
• Bugs, viruses, or malicious code transmitted through the Service.
• Any results or outcomes from using a generated prompt with a third-party AI tool.
• Actions taken by third-party AI tools, IDE platforms, or hosting services based on generated prompts.
• Any failure, delay, or disruption of the Service.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Service integrates with and/or links to third-party websites, services, and platforms. Your use of these third-party services is governed solely by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party website or service. Links to third-party sites do not imply endorsement or affiliation. You access third-party services entirely at your own risk.

Generated prompts may reference third-party technologies (e.g. React, Supabase, Tailwind CSS). Any use of those technologies is subject to their respective licences and terms. WebPromptify is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these projects.

WebPromptify is a free service supported by display advertising delivered through Google AdSense. By using the Service you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Advertisements may be displayed on any page of the Service.
• Advertisements are served by Google and are subject to Google AdSense Programme Policies.
• Google may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to serve personalised ads based on your browsing history.
• You will not interact with advertisements in any fraudulent, artificial, or deceptive manner.
• You will not use any ad-blocking software in combination with other actions intended to circumvent our advertising revenue, although we respect your right to use ad blockers.
• We do not control the content of the advertisements displayed and are not responsible for them.

Because WebPromptify requires no account or registration, there is no formal account to terminate. However, we reserve the right to restrict or block your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any prohibited conduct.

Grounds for access restriction include but are not limited to:

• Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy (Section 03).
• Ad fraud or fraudulent interaction with advertisements.
• Automated scraping or abuse of the Service.
• Any activity that threatens the security or integrity of the Service.
• Failure to comply with any provision of these Terms.

Upon termination or restriction, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, and governing law) shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WebPromptify operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

Any failure by WebPromptify to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Changes become effective as follows:

• Minor changes (formatting, clarifications, typo fixes) — effective immediately upon posting.
• Material changes (new restrictions, liability changes, new sections) — effective 7 days after posting, or immediately if required by law.

Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
